Are catalogue sizes fixed or can I change them?
Catalogue sizes are reference starting points. Send overall dimensions, internal clearances and intended use so a change can be reviewed. The quotation and approved sample define the final specification.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is project-specific. Material purchasing, construction, finish, logo setup, retail packaging and quantities per variant affect the minimum. Share the trial quantity and expected repeat orders; no universal low MOQ is promised.
What information makes a quotation comparable?
Send a SKU, drawing or reference image, material, overall and functional dimensions, quantity per variant, finish, logo artwork, packaging, destination and requested timing. Confirm what the quoted price includes and the delivery terms.
Can I order a sample before bulk production?
A sample program can be reviewed after the brief is defined. Confirm sample fees, any tooling, shipping cost, revision scope and timing before proceeding. Free samples or automatic refunds are not assumed.
When does the production schedule become firm?
The schedule is confirmed for the order after specification and sample review, taking material availability, quantity, finish and packaging into account. A catalogue reference does not imply ready stock or a fixed delivery date.
Which logo and packaging options can be reviewed?
Engraving, printing, labels, retail boxes, inserts and export cartons can be reviewed against the product and artwork. Approve the actual logo application, pack fit and label copy rather than relying only on a digital mockup.
Are all products FSC-certified or food-contact tested?
No blanket certification claim applies to the catalogue. Request documents relevant to the material, finish, certificate holder, model and destination market. Certification availability and any testing scope must be confirmed for the actual program.
How do I approve the production sample?
Record dimensions and tolerances, functional fit, color variation, surface feel, logo, accessories and packaging. Identify the approved sample and drawing revision, and agree how changes and reinspection will be handled.
How are carton quantities and freight estimates determined?
Units per carton, carton dimensions and shipping weight are confirmed against the actual packing plan. Freight also depends on route, delivery terms and loading constraints. Do not calculate it from product dimensions alone.
What should happen if inspection finds defects?
Use the agreed specification, defect criteria and evidence to review the affected lot. Document any sorting, rework, replacement and reinspection before shipment approval. Claim terms and responsibilities should be agreed in the order, not assumed from this FAQ.
