Technical reference
Dimensioned drawing, physical sample, CAD file or annotated reference images.
Bring an approved drawing, reference sample or bill of materials. We translate it into a production-ready wooden product with confirmed tolerances, finish, branding and packaging.
Select the production variables already known. Your choices are assembled into a concise brief and passed into the RFQ form.
A complete handoff reduces revisions and makes cost, timing and quality checkpoints easier to confirm.
Dimensioned drawing, physical sample, CAD file or annotated reference images.
Species, moisture target, coating system, color reference and food-contact needs.
Vector artwork, logo position, retail pack structure, labels and carton marks.
Order quantity, destination, target cost, inspection standard and required date.
Send drawings or reference files for engineering review.
Identify the drawing revision, overall dimensions, internal clearances, material, finish and intended use. Confirm which dimensions are functional and which appearance details can be adjusted. A reference image alone does not establish a reproducible specification.
Quotation review should separate the product, any setup or tooling, sample revisions, packaging and delivery terms. Confirm quantities per variant and approval responsibilities before production. Use our custom product RFQ guide to prepare comparable requirements.
Confirm functional fit, natural color variation, logo placement, accessories and packaging against a recorded sample revision. Agree acceptance criteria and applicable testing for the destination market. No blanket certification, free sample or fixed lead-time commitment is implied.
Use the sample approval checklist and homeware inspection guide before authorizing bulk production. For a coordinated branded range, review the private-label program.
